BROTHER FRANCIS SHELTER

Built to replace an equipment maintenance shed that served as the temporary homeless shelter for far too many years, the Brother Francis Shelter serves the Anchorage community. Rich worked as project designer/ architect and project manager to create a building that is durable, safe, functional, inspirational and in place with the surrounding industrial vernacular.
